「Enjoyed our stay the apartment was easy to find and access and in a nice quiet location with not to much traffic. Open up the living room doors and get a nice breeze through but might get a bit warm on those days without breeze as there wasnt an AC in the apartment but was fine for our stay」

「I am waiting for "Stayz" to resolve this. I only put stars becase we had to but we did not stay. We called "Stayz" to advise that the hosts were not contactable. We had no way of checking in. We arrived at the apartment address advertised only to find a derelect block of units completely rundown and not inviting at all. We had no idea which unit number it was anyway. 「An amazing accommodation. Honestly we could not fault one single thing. When you open front door the WOW factor rushes from your mouth.A short walk to the beach, a short drive (go to Floreat Beach to enjoy free bbq, lush green lawned area, kids playground and fabulous viewing of the sunset).picnic dinner. Owners have supplied chairs & umbrella to take to beach, so thoughtful and useful.Highly recommended, 5star. Well done Martine & Phillip.」

「1.The lockbox was very very difficult to.open especially at night time where visibility was next to zero. I spent nearly an hour to no avail. The instructions were illegible. The owner had his phone switched off so I was unable to get any assistance. Had a cab dropped me from the airport I would have been utterly stranded but a friend loaned me his car.
