「Was a great experience all the way around. Cabim had everything we needed. Very welcoming. Staff was very accomidating as we arrived late and checked out early. Town was full of charm and charachter. It rained the whole time and we still enjoyed ourselves. Celebrated our 24th anniversary. Would recomend this place.」

「Beaver Lake Cottages was really wonderful. We stayed in a studio apartment with a perfect view of the lake. The room was super quiet, included a complimentary bottle of wine and a range of other thoughtful snacks. Everything was well-thought-out, down to the fireplace/heater casting a cozy mood each night. It's a perfect place to get away, but it's also very convenient to Eureka Springs and Bentonville. We'll have nothing but positive memories of the place and hope to return someday.」

「This cabin is perfect for families or a group of friends that enjoy outside. The location is great for peace and quiet, but about 20 mins off a very curvy road from town. We loved it, but if you need anything plan for 40 mins round trip. Parking is good for 3 cars and plenty privacy for 3 couples. The deck is huge and very comfy. View, Pictures dont do it justice. Hot tub was a nice bonus.The owners thought of everything. The house is full of everything you need. 」

「This property is perfect! There was so much to do and see on the property that we never felt burdened to search for entertainment. We would love to return to this same place with out family」

「Winter escape to the lake. What a beautiful property! This home is beautiful! Well maintained and fully stocked. Such a beautiful location with perfect sunrise views over the lake. Besides the beautiful sunrises we saw eagles, ducks and geese, a roadrunner visited the front porch one morning. So many bluebirds hanging around. It was the perfect quiet getaway we needed. We will definitely return to this property. 」

「When we arrived there was no power and we contacted the owner (Ray) to verify there was a legitimate power outage and nothing we needed to do. Within minutes we had an answer from Ray that there was an outage in the area and that we didn’t need to start messing with any breakers. What a relief to us and an expedited response from Ray! Absolutely stunning views from the property! Completely unobstructed views of the lake. Lots of deer present during our stay that the family enjoyed watching. The...

「This property was so beautiful and welcoming. It was a very comfortable home and had all the supplies one could ask for. You never know what the house will have for you. They thought of everything, enough toilet paper, fire wood, seasoning, coffee pods and more. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond when needed. We would definitely stay here again. We only had three people but it would have for a another family too comfortably.」

「Came to ride the curvy rodes of Arkansas so didn’t check out the lake at all. The communication from host was AMAZING. This house has the beds and baths. Roads are steep and there is gravel in spots as well as gravel in the driveway making this home unsafe for more novice riders.」

「The place was great! We saw deer in the front yard one night and back yard one morning! Sunsets are awesome from the deck. This property doesn’t stock condiments and the closest grocery store isn’t close so show up with what you need for the next morning. Grab coffee filters and grounds for the next morning. The communication with the owners was too notch! Easy check in and check out! 」
