The room is comfortable but no water heater for drink. Price is too expensive and no breakfast.. i not satisfied with al jazeera airline because they stipulate to their customers to take airport hotel that staying more then 8 hours..

Transit only hotel - Read the fine print first
This hotel is a TRANSIT hotel. It is located behind security. You can find out if you read the fine print really at the bottom of the hotel's information but only if you click the Read more link. And not in the part with the normal fine print.
This information is really hidden and only when you search very hard you can find it.
So be warned that you can only check in at this hotel when you have a boarding pass and can get through security or after arriving with a flight before leaving the secure area.
Also be advised that you can not leave the hotel until you can be transferred to your flight.
Calling the hotel for information only leads to people that speak very poor English and completely do not understand that they have to explain customers that they can only come to the hotel if they are already through security. Also emails to the hotel with questions about this are completely ignored. So therefor a bad score on service.

Safir RIPOFF!
We run a business that involves extensive travel. (appx. 10 nights overseas a month) and this hotel is a complete ripoff.
I booked a room for an employee that was arriving one day in the evening and leaving the next day. Our client wanted to take him sightseeing in Kuwait after he took care of his business (unloading horses from an aircraft) at the airport. When he returned to the hotel he was not allowed back in! They told him he must have a boarding pass to be let back in, even though it was the same day. He had a CONFIRMED reservation and the printout for it showing his flight the next morning, but was not able to get a boarding pass until the morning. He (AND OUR CLIENT) ended up sitting in the airport all night until his plane was to leave the next morning.
WARNING!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
