「Close to city center and have a very nice church opposite to it. The breakfast is awesome and the room is neat and tidy. Though it is a little bit dark. If you are expecting a hot shower , sorry it may disappointed you. The water pressure may not be satisfying you. 」

「The lake and property are stunning. That alone is a reason to stay at this hotel. Breakfast was always wonderful. It is located near the National Park. The hotel room was large and had a comfortable bed. The staff in the smaller restaurant were poorly trained. It took15 minutes for them to arrive with a menu. We had to get up and go to them as we could never get their attention when we needed something. It took 3 tries to get a correct bill. I would recommend it overall.」

「The setting was beautiful. Just outside the national park. The check-in procedure was fine but we had no idea where to go. There are no signs for “The Reserve.” The apartment was pleasant but it needed a good deep cleaning. There was all kinds of stuff on the floor, long hairs in the shower floors and pube hairs on the wall of the shower. The lack of air conditioning was fine. We opened the windows and it was cool. 「We loved our stay here! The staff were all very friendly, the massage therapist was wonderful, and the food at the pub was really good!! Our room was clean and spacious and had a beautiful view. Our only complaint was the cows nearby were really loud throughout the night but it was too warm in the room to not have the window open. Could have benefitted from having a standing fan in the room to help with temp or cover the cow sounds 」

「This has been hands down my favorite hotel I've stayed in. The history of this hotel and grounds is varied and interesting. The rooms were beautifully appointed. The beds were plush with firm and soft pillows to choose from. The staff is impeccable. Their attentiveness to our family during our stay made our stay memorable in the best way. The gastronomy options are excellent as is the wine and spirits selection. 」

「The property and Staff at the Victoria were amazing and accommodating. Before we even checked in, they called to tell us that food service was ending for the day and to see if we wanted anything put aside for our arrival. We were greeted warmly and our rooms were impeccably decorated and maintained. The breakfast had a huge variety of menu options and all we tried were delicious. We will definitely return on our next trip.」
