「Things we liked about this condo: 1- The size was good for our group 2- The location was awesome 3- The parking garage was very nice and even fit our Toyota Sequoia with a Thule ski box on top! It was also nice to have more than one parking space. 4- It was really nice to have an elevator from the parking garage to the condo for moving all of our gear. 「We appreciated thecondo’s wonderful proximity to downtown Durango and its many shops, restaurants, and attractions. The two designated parking spaces in the secure garage and the elevator access to the unit offered us safe, convenient location for our vehicles and access to the unit. 「We spent a few days in this lovely home in late May. It was one of many places we stayed on our trip through Colorado and my family deemed this the favorite. Very clean and fun decor. The pictures don’t really do it justice. There were too many good restaurants nearby to bother cooking but the kitchen was well stocked to do so. Great communication with management.」

「This was a great stay for a work trip that occurred during holidays, and we really enjoyed Durango from this location. Everything was just exactly perfect except for I had to do a small bit of cleaning upon arrival, and more importantly, the dryer heat seemed to vent directly into that closet (not sure if it was venting outside).」

「The house is in a perfect location for accessing downtown Farmington as well as the highways for exploring the surrounding areas. It was especially well stocked compared to most rentals with a generous number of blankets and thoughtful kitchen supplies such as a coffee machine with multiple flavors. Tim was immediately responsive to all questions and exceptionally accommodating. We'll absolutely stay here again when visiting Farmington.」

「The property is spotlessly clean and very well equipped. It is located in a very quiet residential area so a car is needed. The host is very well organised and communication is excellent.
