"The dates above are incorrect as I stayed 1/2-1/3, not 1/1-1/2. I was assigned a room on the third floor. The front desk attendant didn't give me any information about where to park, how to access my room, and the elevator. I had to ask for each piece of information. When I arrived at my room and opened the door with my belongings, I noticed the room had not been cleaned yet. There were towels on the floor, and the bed was not made. I returned to the front desk and alerted them, received a blank...

"Upon check in the front desk, staff was extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet. I highly recommend this property. They also offer airport transportation 24 hours which was definitely a plus for me. I look forward to staying at this property again. The only con was I wanted to use my points for one night and was told I could not because the hotel only a lot a few rooms However being a member of IHG, I did expect to use points for a one night stay."

"Front desk staff was great. The hotel has a connecting bar & food area. I will say the staff needs to do a better job at cleaning the room. You can tell not much time was spent turning the room around as there was an empty visine bottle under a chair & bottle left in between connecting rooms."
