Stay at Phaistos Villas in Sivas, Crete
Our group of 10 loved our stay here - the 3 villas around 1 pool was a great set-up for our big party - villas very well equipped with all that we needed - owners very responsive and helpful. Although on the quieter Southern side of the island, Sivas has many lovely tavernas meaning no need to drive for most dinners. Nearby you have the local town of Matala for more touristy shopping and there are several supermarkets including a Lidl nearby for self-catering. And we can highly recommend the bakery on the way to Matala. Please note a car is essential for this villa.

Beau séjour pour un groupe d’amis
Situées à Sivas, dans la belle région de Matala, les trois villas Phaistos que notre groupe d'amis de neuf personnes a occupées pendant une semaine nous ont ravi. Aménagées avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipées, chacune des trois villas est tournée vers les autres et vers la belle piscine centrale et terrasse commune. L'accueil de Panos a été très apprécié, comme sa disponibilité et sa réactivité en cas de question. Tel a aussi été le cas avec Georgos au moment de la réservation, mais aussi après celle-ci. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le petit village de Sivas, mais aussi celui de Pitsidias à quelques kilomètres, avec un grand nombre de tavernes, accueillantes et de meilleure qualité que celles de Matala. Sivas étant située à 7km des plages de Matala et 5km de celle de Kommos, il est nécessaire de disposer d'un véhicule, mais quel plaisir de sillonner cette belle région et de découvrir également le temple de Phaistos à 10 minutes de là ! En résumé, nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour qui offre également la possibilité de belles balades dans les oliveraies entourant le village de Sivas: un plaisir que nous recommandons à tout amoureux de la Crète !
