"We had a great experience from the time we were greeted by Jennifer in valet. She provided great service and gave instructions. When we went inside, we met China who was just as awesome. She gave an overview of the property and even provided recommendations of places to go since it was Christmas Eve. The room was amazing. We loved it. We will be back!"

"liked: friendly staff, quiet, good restaurant, location, free coffee service, shower. didn't like: bench in fitness room is in disrepair, fruit bowl in fitness room not maintained. elevators were not secured-anyone could go above lobby floor on elevators without a room key. restaurant was expensive, "

"Everything was smooth. Being able to text with the host and have them respond. Promptly was super helpful. The building is in a convenient location. Lots of good food around you can walk to downtown easily. The only drawback was…..one towel. Would stay there again if I were in Nashville. "
