Lovely cabin

For a small family looking for a cabin with kitchen for quick meals (cereals, microwaved or toasted food) this is nice. It worked well enough for my husband and I, but the kitchen is not kitted out for regularly daily cooked meals at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Aside from this (and the internet issue which was no one's fault and has since been resolved) we enjoyed our time here very much.

Cabin was perfect for our mountain getaway. It was well kept and clean. Fairplay is a cute town and we had easy drives to surrounding passes and exploring.

Exactly what we were hoping for. Remote location nestled in trees and nature but a short drive to town. The house had all the amenities we needed with a convenient layout and gorgeous views.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean and the perfect size for us. Location was great for day trips. I LOVED sitting in the Aspen grove reading and the pups loved the trails around the cabin. Management company was very responsive when I contacted them. We will definitely stay here again!

Lovely cabin in great location!

This warm, inviting and beautiful cabin was perfect for our weekend getaway! Everyone had their own comfortable bed and there was plenty of room to hang out & lounge. We especially enjoyed sitting around the cozy fireplace taking in the breathtaking mountain views. Can't wait to go back again! Highly recommend!

Great spot!

we had a great time at this cabin! So many trails within a short distance and the cabin was great for us. (3 adults and dogs). Cabin was very accommodating and the emails received before the trip were so helpful to help find things to do/see as well as make a plan for grocery shopping etc. Sunrises/sunsets from the cabin were amazing. No issues at all and would absolutely go back!

Out in the Woods

This is a nice small cabin/house out of town. The furniture could use some updating but overall it was a nice place. Be sure to use their directions and have a sturdy vehicle as the driveway is rough. The sunrises are amazing as well as being able to see all of the stars.

Great Getaway

We loved the house and location. The media room was nice for evening entertainment. As there were only 2 of us the 1 bathroom did not matter. Loved the porch out back for reading and drinking wine. Our dogs. loved the place. Would recommend it to anyone. Also the staff at Second Home went the extra mile for us as they have in the past years when we have come to this beautiful area.
