"Good morning, I experienced issue with the Ac/Heating unit. My room temperature was set on 66 degrees, I tried numerous of times to set the heat temperature, which was unsuccessful. I had to call the front desk and request the maintenance department to come into #310. There he explained to me that facility was experiencing issue with the unit.
