"The staff very very friendly and went above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Not a great range of food on offer and you had to book your lunch and dinnertimes on the morning which doesn't give flexibility. One Negative was we booked this hotel for the Spa. The spa has been out of action since at least June according to an employee. It has not been amended on the websites or expedia. Very disappointed! "
