“We have stayed at Donna's place multiple times. It is comfortable and well stocked with linens and kitchen items. It is always interesting to see the view of Lake Folsom and how it changes depending on water levels. Donna is attentive and very responsive. ”

“The guesthouse was beautiful and spacious, I enjoyed the pool table, and it was convenient to cook in the kitchen. The yard was huge, and beautifully maintained. The host was friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay again if available and traveling in the area again. Five Stars across the board.”

“Nice home in a great location! Close to all things needed for downtown Sacramento. It is one unit of the 4 units in one building. Easy check in/check out process. Host was very responsive with communication. My only real complaint was the bathroom door wouldn't close or lock properly and one bedroom had a curtain to separate the room from the living room so not very private but we were with friends and family so it was fine with us!”

“We were pleasantly surprised with everything. The neighborhood was so quiet and with a very safe feeling. The home was so cute and very clean. The kitchenette was very convenient for us. At first cleaning our dishes in the bathroom was funny however we managed.I met Oxana and she is so nice. We were able to chat and she informed me that there are more homes Sergie owns. I will for check them out and use this owner again.”
