「The owner was super accommodating! We arrived early and got to check in early! The place is an easy walk to the beach which was a plus! Providing beach badges and beach chairs etc was nice but 2 of the chairs and the umbrella were damaged. We appreciated the on site parking! The house is super clean and the kitchen well equipped. You have to provide your own towels and bedding. For us this could have been a hardship since we had limited packing space coming from Texas but we found a rental...

「This house is beautiful. The kitchen is amazing and there was plenty of room. We were 9 adults and a dog and were never crowded. There's a front porch, patio, and balconies so if someone wanted some quiet they could escape the rest of us. And it's 1000 steps to the beach and a short walk to town. We loved the location and we're hoping to get back there.」

「This place was nice to rent for MDW with some friends. It was clean, very close to the beach (2 min walk away), and was in a great area. Was also a walk away from restaurants and bars. A few disappointments that future renters should be aware of. The listing states shower towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap would be provided and NONE of these were. They also do NOT have WiFi. So if your looking to connect your phone, a device, or watch TV you can’t. All in all, a pretty solid listing.」

「As advertised! The space worked well for our multi-generational family weekend, since everyone can handle stairs. The bedroom with bunk beds is good for kids or shorter adults. Bathrooms are great, and unlike a lot of rentals the kitchen is stocked with everything you'd possibly need! You really can see the ocean from both the large deck and some of the windows. This part of Belmar is perfect for families.」

「We visited for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well equipped with many extras such as a keurig and a drip coffee maker, K-cups, spices and condiments. The host was gracious and responsive and has clearly tried to think of everything that guests would want or need. The furniture was all good, the mattresses were comfortable and the bedrooms quiet. For a smaller house, it does everything. It worked perfectly for us.」

「We came down for a short stay to celebrate our son's match day and this suited our family perfectly. The home is well laid out and equally well appointed. Eveything we needed was included. We hosted a small dinner party for family and friends. It worked nicely. Having the property owner/ manager onsite in the house across from the pool was convenient. Should we have needed something, he was right there.」
