"My family and I had a very pleasent time staying here. The house is well equipped, clean and comfortable. Additionally the rear garden provided a very pleasant location for dinner on numerous occasions. The location of the house is great too. You're only a 2 minute walk from the tram station and, once on board, it's only about 10 minutes to the heart of Montpellier. The local shops are really useful and there's a small but functional supermarket a 10 minute walk away. We would happily return...

"We had a wonderful 2 weeks at this beautiful house. Communication with the owner was exceptional. Marie showed us around on arrival and was lovely and helpful. "Everything about this property is lovely. It is nicely decorated and equipped with all modern conveniences. We were visiting family and didn't have to cook any meals, but the kitchen is well equipped. We will have to come again when the weather is warmer to use the pool and enjoy the garden. "Lovely open plan living room, out door area and pool with really easy access to the town. The road and bus stop can be noisy at the side of the property but soon forgot about it. Bedrooms are small and quality of linen which was an addition cost were a let down and having only one bathroom was difficult for a group. Oddly only one wine glass!"

"The fireplace could not be used. The filtration of the swimming pool was only on in the morning. Therefore it was not Cleary clean. At the end of our holiday the technician made the swimming pool clean, and de filtration on going. This was late, we liked to have a clean swimming pool in the earlier days of our holiday. We asked for it, but the cleaning was 1 day earlier then respected."

An unexpected extra is a large wilderness park right beside the property which has an extensive set of walking trails. There is also a wonderful outdoor oven. The pool is very well kept. The owners live directly adjacent and offer a very warm welcome. Perfect for a family gathering."
