"Wonderful property right in the middle of Oxford. Comfortable, clean and good vibe in the lobby area. Room was equipped with an espresso maker and small fridge. The only downside, if there is one, is that rooms are on the small side relative to North American standards. Would definitely stay there again if visiting Oxford."

The first night there was an issue with the water temperatura and pressure but the engineering department worked very fast to fix it. My thanks to engineering, it is a team you rarely see, but it is a very important department, especially in an older hotel such as the Randolph. "

Great staff, very friendly & alway there to help. We arrived earlier than our check in time & we were allowed in check in early which was great! Walking distance to Oxford centre, with lots of shop & lively pubs/restaurants. "

"The hotel is smack in the middle of the city and a short walk to bot the train station and the main bus terminal. Although George street has deteriorated in the last years, the hotel is across from the theatre so it is lively and feels more or less safe. Cafe on the left. Two nice pubs on the right. "
