Access is a problem
Beautiful unit once you get there. Don’t try the access road for the first time in the dark. Switchbacks with deep holes, very steep. Then the choice of steep ramp or stone steps at the unit . Both will end in stone & gravel walkways, impossible to pull a rolling bag or use a walker. Beautiful deck overlooking the boat house. Again walkway is steep & uneven.we couldn’t get even halfway down to the water. Bottom line, if you have ANY mobility issues, try somewhere else.

Beautiful Quiet Seclusion
This rental exceeded all my expectations. Super clean, modern appliances, great shower and the wifi signal was strong. Even from the dock I was able to connect and play Pandora through a wireless JBL. We're already planning a trip back. Thank you Daniel!!

Secluded getaway with an amazing view!
While it was a little further from Eureka Springs than I anticipated, the views MORE than made up for it. The space is great, lots of natural light, if you wish, great appliances for cooking in, and the shower was incredible. Our host, Daniel, was super quick to answer any questions we had. We didn’t spend a ton of time inside, why would you in Eureka Springs, but if the weather were bad, we could have stayed in and still enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommend.

Perfect getaway for a couple!
Beautiful downstairs area with the perfect amount of space for a couple who want to spend the weekend at the lake! The paddle boards and boat dock were a nice bonus to have. The fire pit is cozy and easy to use. Nice, quiet location. The host responds quickly to questions and is willing to help with anything! Highly recommend this place!

What a great spot of a single person or couple. It was perfect! It was super clean, updated, comfortable bed, large shower, private, and extremely relaxing. I would five it a 5 star and highly recommend!
