Avoid this place!
This was the worst rental experience we've ever had. We strongly advise against staying here. The owners are deceitful, and the management company is equally unprofessional. Although the listing features pictures of the pool and includes it in the filter options as an amenity, the pool is not actually available to guests. Despite this misleading information, the management company has been unresponsive to our concerns.
We had to completely rearrange our plans and disappoint our kids due to the lack of access to the advertised amenities. The clubhouse manager confirmed that the owners frequently misrepresent the amenities and that including pool access would be relatively inexpensive, which makes the situation even more frustrating. We were led to believe that the pool was part of our rental, but it was not accessible, and the listing was misleading.
Other reviews indicate we are not the first to be misled by these owners, raising serious concerns about their business practices. We anticipate that the response will claim the information was in the fine print, but the listing’s prominent presentation of the pool as an amenity was deceptive. When we reached out to the management company for solutions, they promised a callback that never came.
Overall, this experience was deeply disappointing, and we recommend looking for alternative accommodations to avoid these issues.
