“My family and I like that it was so very close to everything we needed. The only complaint we had was Everytime we would leave and come back it smelt like someone was smoking in the room. Mostly from someone by the ac unit and I understand it happens it was just hard with my 2 asthmatic kids.”

“First, I called the hotel shuttle to pick me up at the airport. I waited for an hour and no one showed up. Second, the keypad of the room phone was totally inoperative, I couldn’t use for dialling and even to the front desk. I complaint and the front desk staff told me no one would fix. Third, a number of guest brought the glass and beer to the pool side, and threw the glasses on the floor, debris and blood in the poolside area. Fourth, I reserved shuttle bus to the airport scheduled at 8:30am,……
