Great place to spend Christmas in Eugene
My family really enjoyed staying in this place. The favorites were the terrific shower in the Master suite and the piano.

Great location
Overall we had a great stay here. We know Eugene well and this is a great part of town and still close enough to Autzen if you want to go to a game there. The house was super clean and immaculate. The only challenges we had was communication from the host as we were told it slept 8 and it only slept 6 so 2 people had to sleep on the floor. I specifically reached out to verify the sleeping situations before I booked and was disappointed with the arrangements. It sleeps one adult couple comfortably and kids.

Worst experience ever, Double booked
We booked our rental in June 2023. Paid in full. Got confirmations. On Wednesday before our stay, got another confirmation email. Day of arrival requested door code info, which I got. After a full day of driving, tailgating and drinking at the Ducks game, we showed up at our rental. Come to find out that they extended the stay of the person booked before us. Gave away our prepaid nights stay! Tried to communicate with owner. After 25+ minutes, got told that they had double booked by mistake. Only offered a full refund! 4 adults and 2 kids had no place to sleep. Only one adult was our designated driver and we had 2 cars. Slept in our cars!!! WORST experience ever!!!!!!!!!

Very comfortable and clean home
This home is well appointed and very comfortable. Our stay was very pleasant and we were wanting for nothing. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Only 1 small hiccup in that we received an incorrect door code but that was immediately solved by contacting the owner. We recommend this home for any of your Eugene stay needs.
