"I had a pleasant stay. I was not sure what to expect but both night receptionist and morning receptionist were both friendly and polite, and the cleaning staff were very thorough with their cleaning. All the way down to plenty of towels both body and hand, and though i didnt use everything the room offered, everything i needed was there. I will definitely be staying again the next time i come to Eugene."

"My room was clean, but a bit worn. Had to turn mini-fridge and a/c unit off due to noise. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. Bed was incredibly firm, but not uncomfortable for one night. Breakfast was just bagels. Would consider staying here again, but not at the price (150+) I paid for it."

"The location was excellent, the property was beautiful, staff were lovely, and all in all, it was very welcoming. I appreciate they allow pets but since I had a very small pet that required. Nothing at all I found the pet fee a little high. Perhaps it refundable pet deposit would be a better solution. Welcoming glass of wine and the lovely breakfast we’re really appreciated."
