The hosts were very responsive and they had a sweet birthday gift of a s’mores kit and a balloon for my husband! Sad we couldn’t enjoy because the weather was bad! 「This was a perfect place for four friends to getaway and have a great time! Space was clean, comfy and super cute! Great central location close to pool, Meeting House restaurant, common activity areas and waterfront. Great elevated patio area to relax. We will definitely be back!」

「We wanted to enjoy a weekend in Carlton Landing and all it has to offer without overspending for a two-night lake getaway. This guest house was small, but just right for what we needed. There’s no oven/stove unit but they have an electric stove top appliance that allowed us to cook breakfast on. Short walk to the pool, food trucks, beach and other spots. The ladder was steep (as expected), but our 4 and 8 year old boys did okay with it.」

「For the most part, the stay was good—good location in the community, room was clean. The bed was awful and appeared to be broken. I would have liked extra towels and toiletries. 「The place is cute. Quiet neighborhood. The owners are so sweet and kind. There dogs are adorable. The only thing was the floor downstairs was very dirty and there was no broom so I could clean it. There was garbage in the garbage can and garbage under the main bed upstairs. Other than that clean and cute. The bathroom was overstocked with lots of towels and other stuff, I loved that! We felt like in the pictures the hot tub was on our side at our place but it is not. It's on there deck in...
