"The house was great. Very quiet area. We loved being on the water with access to kayaks. There are a few minor updates/repairs needed but the house was clean and stocked. "

"We went down to Grand Lake for our niece's wedding and wanted to stay a couple extra days to spend time with family. This property exceeded our expectations. It was clean. and the kitchen was very well stocked. There were enough bath towels for a small army! The backyard was very peaceful and relaxing. When we had a small problem with one of the toilets, it was fixed in an hour. Would highly recommend!"

"This property is gorgeous! Perfect location to enjoy Grand Lake with kids of all ages. Gregg, the owner, was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect so we could enjoy time with our grandkids. The older ones really loved the dock…especially jumping off the high platform! We will definitely be back!"
