"The home was beautifully appointed and everything felt fresh and new. Really well done. The only drawback was the heating/cooling system. When it was just warm downstairs it was piping hot upstairs, like windows all the way open in late November and still hot upstairs. I think the ducting needs to be looked at... this was an issue because we had elderly folks with us who needed downstairs warm, sigh. :) Other than this the property was great, love that we got to bring out pups on...

"This property is gorgeous! Perfect location to enjoy Grand Lake with kids of all ages. Gregg, the owner, was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect so we could enjoy time with our grandkids. The older ones really loved the dock…especially jumping off the high platform!
