Incredible stay!
I couldn’t imagine a better set up for a family adventure. The ample fire pits and grills, well-kept pool and hot tubs, and proximity to downtown made this an incredible stay—we will be back! The condo was clean and equipped for cooking in. The river was perfect for cooling off in the heat of the day. Only complaint is no A/C, but that may be standard for CO (we are from MO). Overall, very happy customers!

Perfectly appointed and great location. We made great use of the walking path to downtown Estes as well as the entrances to RMNP! Perfect for our family get away.
