Perfect Get-Away

My partner and I stayed here for the beginning of our honeymoon and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place! Spacious, and comfy! The location is only minutes away from the main part of Estes Park but isolated enough to feel peaceful. Definitely will be back!

The sound from the river is relaxing!

Loved this place. We saw wild turkey, rabbits and hummingbirds all from the porch. The 360 view is phenomenally close to nature and calming.

Spring Break Trip

We were able to enjoy the week of spring break here and it was great! We liked the secluded feel of this location. Although there are other houses nearby we really didn't run in to anyone else. The views of the mountain, trees, and river running just behind the property was beautiful and getting to town only took about a 10 minute drive. We thought the kitches was well stocked with most utensils you would need and the grill was also a great cooking option (those cooking utensils were also provided). Having the hot tub was such a nice added bonus, although the cover could be a little tricky staying closed since we had some really high wind days. Amanda was great to work with, we left behind a piece of jewelry, and she was able to locate it and delivered it in person (since we happen to live not too far from Estes). Overall, this is a wonder place with a great location if you want that mountain cabin feel with a drive to town being just minutes away.

Great location and retreat!

Super clean cabin with plenty of room, stocked with well thought items and was a great location, easily accessible to RMNP, downtown and huge bonus of the river/creek view and surroundings! Definitely recommend and appreciated the pet friendly option to bring our special fur baby!

Beautiful Hideaway

We were comfortable and enjoyed the private space while still being extra close to restaurants, shopping, etc.The steep winding road down to the cabin was a surprise and pretty scary to a couple of flat-landers. We wondered what would happen if we came across another vehicle but it never occurred and we quickly were used to going up and down the road one or two times a day. The pool table was a wonderful addition to the cabin. Would have appreciated a thicker comforter for the main bed and coffee filters, otherwise the cabin was a great place to spend the long weekend.

Beautiful Home minutes away from Rocky Mountain National Park

The home is beautiful! It is minutes away from town and from Rocky Mountain National Park. We loved the hot tub and saw wildlife every morning. The road is steep but it snowed 4-5 inches while we were there and we had no problems. Plenty of blankets and towels. The only downside was that the power went out one evening. We were texted that a local representative would reach out and we never heard from anyone.

Great Stay

The home was cozy, well stocked and clean. We loved everything about our stay. The kitchen was equipped with everything I needed to make meals for my family. I have often stayed in home that had poor quality pots/ pans and other cooking equipment but that is not the case here. We would definitely recommend this home to others and look forward to staying again!

Had a little bit of a problem finding it in the dark. However once we knew where it was wasnt a problem at all! Enjoyed the amazing scenery and how close town and sight seeing was! Will definitely be back!

Cute cabin on the river

Great location right outside RMNP. Great place to spend a weekend away from the city. Close to a few neighbors but you would never know it. Enjoyed playing pool and there was plenty of room. Thank you for sharing your home with my family.

Family Vacation

Such a great find. Our family had so much fun. Beautiful view of the mountains and the river. Surrounded by nature. The kids loved the pool table. We all got a lot of use of the hot tub. Perfect place for a family vacation.

Short but sweet escape

This property is now on our listvto visit again..even potentially as soon as May with friends this time. Hot tub was aaaamazing, view, creek...very relaxing. Loved decor, you felt like you were at a friends cabin. Very cozy indeed, had everything we needed. We were sad we just had 3 days, but it was perfect!

Fantastic Mountain Escape

We enjoyed the home. Used the deck a lot: grill, hot tub, coffee in the morning with the mountain view and peaceful sound of the creek only yards away. We could see elk braise in the field across the creek and a mom and baby were eating next door on our last evening. Enjoyed the location- close to town but not right in town. Communication with rental agency was helpful.

The parking was a little odd but they mention that in the listing. Very informative about the rental. Love the pool Table and hot tub. Neighbors were a little close for my liking but they were not seen or heard. Love the deck and the view. Creek was great! The location was perfect. 2 minutes from the RMNP gate that was not crowded at all during this time of year. I was very pleased with this property!!

Beautiful spot on the river

Only thing would be to have a better signage to the entrance to the residential road from the main Fall River Rd. and fix the dirt road without many large and small pot holes. It also would have been nice to have a dishwasher. Otherwise, it was a great place with great fishing right in the back yard.

Snowshoeing trip

Really enjoyed the views, hot tub and pool table. Finding it was difficult because we can in at night and Google maps takes you to the cabin above. Might be helpful to have a sign or distinguishable marker up at the top on the road. Oven glass was cracked and had duct tape on it so glad we didn’t preheat the oven before opening it and inspecting. Otherwise was a gray stay and easy to get to RMNP and town.

Beautiful family cabin

We arrived to a snow storm and although we had problems finding the road to the cabin it was plowed the next day. The cabin housed our family of 2 adults and five kids very well. The view from the porch and through the windows is amazing. And the sound of the River is so peaceful. We saw wildlife daily and enjoyed the stars while relaxing in the hottub after our day hikes. Kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils and the extra blankets where fantastic on the cold nights while we watched some of the many dvds that where provided. Would definitely stay again. Be aware there is a lot of construction between the cabin and Estes so waits can be long.

Amazing experience

The cabin itself was incredible, pictures were good but looked even better in person with a spectacular view and every amenity you could really ask for. We got snowed in our second day and our hosts were very helpful, they sent us all the relevant information right away (I appreciated not having to chase anyone down). Most importantly they were able to get a snow plow out to clear the driveway by early afternoon. I have stayed in cabins where we just had to wait all day for the city plows to make their way to us; Vacasa told us they had contractors of their own and it was beyond helpful to have the driveway cleared relatively early so we could go into town and get firewood, supplies etc. Definitely hope to come back.
