Estate Bakkero Spa Hotel

"First of all before I say anything else I want to say anyone visiting St Thomas should absolutely rent a car it's a must. A Jeep is even better because a few Beach roads were very off-road, most of them though a car is just fine. The hotel itself was very nice the food was surprisingly good in the restaurant. The swimming pool/ hot tub is open until midnight which was pretty awesome. The views from the hotel are spectacular. But the island in general is like this it is super hilly here very little flat land. The wifi worked perfectly except for for the week except one Saturday night when the hotel was completely packed and I couldn't log in for 8 hours but regular cell phone service worked slow but ok (Verizon). The showers were great with plenty of hot water. The beds were comfortable. Full sized fridge. Oceana was the best restaurant on the island by the way. It's worth the money to buy a snorkel and mask when you first get to the island. Magens bay beach had many turtles and a few manta rays. It was the best snorkel Beach. Rock city tacos is the other recommendation. "

"Great property. Wonderful pool options, casual dining, and cafe with snacks etc right outside. Comfortable rooms with beautiful view. They were very accommodating when we needed to add a night. Close to beach and to town. Best location. Just the right mix. Will definitely stay again!"
