"My husband and I were visiting family in the area for Christmas. Upon arrival, the house was decorated, and it was so cute! Such a thoughtful and pleasant surprise, especially being away from home for the holidays. We brought our two dogs with us and they loved to play on the grass in the front and backyard.Tons of space, everything was nice and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay at this house again."

"I rented this property for a girls’ weekend reunion in Davis, and it was absolutely perfect! The house was beautiful, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, I believe they were memory foam but firm, and probably the best I’ve slept on in any vacation rental. The host was fantastic—very responsive and attentive. "We were in Guinda for a family wedding and really lucked out finding Omar’s rental. The home was even nicer than depicted, the surroundings were beautiful. Omar was the best host I’ve ever encountered- we had maximum privacy yet he was always immediately available by text if needed. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone headed that way."

"The house was really comfortable for 3 couples. Everything was labeled and easy to find. Nice details, like new toothbrushes in the bathrooms in case you forgot. All around a great stay and a great host. Thank you so much"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean and well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Location was great - near my childhood home so that was special. Easy walk to the park and various parts of Davis. Quiet neighborhood. Yard was nice with a Myer lemon tree full of lemons (December). "Our family rented this property for a month and had a fantastic vacation. The setting and property are stunning. The pictures do not do the property justice! Every direction you look has a incredible views – vineyards and hills beyond the pool in the back, rolling vineyards beyond the bocce court on the side of the house, and vineyard and mountains out front – including hot air balloons some mornings. "Quiet, quiet neighborhood. Check-in was a little rocky. The wrong code was given for the door in the check-in instructions. We were able to get a hold of the host, even though it was very late and get in. He refunded a portion of the cost to us at the end. Bed was comfy. Kids were happy overall great stay."

"The location and number of beds was key. The property is a bit worn and in need of some TLC. Nothing terrible but for the cost I would have expected a bit more upkeep. I would suggest newer towels, fix peeling paint in the bath, and check all windows to make sure they open. Fo our group it would have been great to have more chairs or an additional love seat. As it was, some folks sat on the floor, or on dining chairs."

"The biggest problem with this house was the plug in air freshener that nearly sent my wife to the hospital with an asthma attack. It took three days to find it and it was miserable and colored the whole trip. The house was ok, it is a split house- 3 units, the front unit we rented has a locked door in the kitchen separating it from the back unit which is a long term rental - there is a large gap at the top of the door - which meant we could hear the neighbors radio selection, conversation etc....

"Our family of five enjoyed this as a home base while visiting extended family for a week We walked to parks, Co-op market, campus, and downtown. We also used the large kitchen to prepare a few meals. The property was clean and well-maintained. The owner replied promptly when we had questions. Would rent this again if the opportunity arose."
