"A pleasent friendly welcome and service, let down only by one member of staff more interested in hiding with her phone rather than attending to breakfast service. On that day only cold "hot" food ( most dishes missing) no coffee offered, hot water for tea was cold, bread was missing, cereals unfilled. Other days were plentiful and satisfactory."

Brucklyn DOES NOT offer full service spa facilities ANY time of the year! Culture of the place seems to be to treat all paying clients as – potentially delinquent – teenagers, to be pacified based on deliberately misleading information.
