"Hotel is well located right in Lake Erie and the rooms are newly renovated. I’ve stayed here several times and it’s consistently great. My only complaint is that although the room service food was very good, there was a $10 delivery fee and $5 service charge which increased the price of my meal by over 20%. I tipped the person who delivered on top of those fees since it wasn’t clear that those fees pertained to any gratuities. I’ll be back but likely won’t order room service again!"

"We stay here 1-2 times per year (halfway point to family in NY). Kids love the pool with watersides, extensive free breakfast, and we always eat at the New Harvest restaurant right across the parking lot. Property could use some updating, but the staff is always nice, beds are super comfortable, and staff is friendly and accommodating. Check out the Straw Hat ice cream stand down the street too! We will keep coming back!"
