「Everything was as advertised. Neighbors with dogs barking in the night and car honking/other outside elements can be disruptive if you're a light sleeper. Very quick and fast communication with host even at 2am. Would recommend.」

「When I booked, they gave strict instructions on where to park, that there was a dedicated parking spot for this unit, even provided a video. Arrived around 9:30pm and no parking spots avail except for opposite end of the building about a 4 block walk. Not safe to walk that far, carrying bags at night. Then customer service asked me to use a parking app to park offsite that would have been further away and would have had to take a rideshare. If I would have known that in advance I would have...

「Great property! Great kitchen for making our Thanksgiving feast. Loved the quiet area and ease of getting to places. Tall windows in the living room let in a lot of light - could use some sort of light filtering shades. Additionally - beds had only a sheet and a thin blanket. Glad that we brought an extra blanket with. 」

「We stayed in Unit 3 and it is a beautiful apartment with high ceilings and every amenity we needed for a good stay. The owner has provided a complete kitchen of items that make cooking at "home" easy and convenient. If stairs don't work well for you, or your prefer a softer bed, then use caution. The shower is absolutely STUNNING, and the hot water lasted forever. the gated parking is a small lot, so a smaller vehicle works best, and being comfortable backing in to a parking spot will make...

「There was confusion with VRBO regarding our arrival date, no fault of the property owner. They made arrangements to clean the unit and provide lunch for our group while we waited and offered a second night free for the inconvenience. Highly recommend. Property owner went above and beyond!」

「Overall, it is a great property...it is spacious, clean and nicely decorated. It definitely was a comfortable location for me and my family while we were in Chicago.」

「Just stayed here for a weekend with a couple family members and went to see Disturbed, Three Days Grace and Sevendust at the United Center. Booking was just what was promised by the ad. Very professionally maintained with nice little touches. Great neighborhood and super convenient. A excellent value for the money. Jaye is a first class host.
