"My friend and I stayed at this hotel for two nights while attending the Christmas market. Although the markets were located the in the center of town, the hotel was very conveniently located on a direct tram line, which the front desk staff were very helpful in providing instructions on how to use. "Gutes Hotel mit schöner Außenanlage und Lobby, ca. 15 Minuten entfernt von Colmar. Kleines aber sauberes und modernes Zimmer mit WiFi. Frühstück kostet 15 Euro und war qualitativ ok, aber irgendwie dysfunktional. Das Personal war völlig überfordert, Besteck, Teller und Speisen (z.B. Rührei) wurden nicht nachgefüllt. "
