"Here for the week of Thanksgiving. Property just as pictured, communication with owner was perfect. Everything you need for cooking your on meals is stocked in the kitchen. We used the Blackstone on the deck often. Ate dinner at the Waterside a couple nights the food there is excellent. Sat on the dock watched the sun sets. Would book again."

The house is spacious and has everything we need for my foodie sisters to cook great meals. The property manager Faith is friendly and super responsive but we've only had a glitch with the Internet once. "We visited the lodge for a thanksgiving family getaway. The rooms and house are very spacious. Vrbo’s description of the house was very accurate. The owners of the home are very nice, welcoming, and are timely in responding. One negative I would give is the housekeeping of the house. It needed more of a “detailed” cleaning. This property could also be more handicapped friendly as far as entering the house. Overall, it was a great stay and would recommend to others. "

We didn’t need to use the kitchen much but it had the essentials. Nice little deck and big yard. The temperature control was difficult, especially since it was so cold, and it would have been nice to have extra blankets available. "

"The Perch is an amazing rental comfortable beds, nice layout well stocked kitchen with even spices that u can use. Shampoo and soap included. Hairdryers in every bathroom! Nice towels, nice bedding. Spiders are a little bit of an issues in exterior area but I just swept most of them away. Perfect location with a Tiki Bar and Restaurant in walking distance. Amazing water views! Only downside is the neighborhood was a little questionable… my mom heard what sounded like gunshots going off 2/3 nights she stayed. However, nothing else scary or questionable went on. So could have been a fluke! Overall, it’s a good place to stay for the price! "
