The kitchen had all that we needed to make our dinners each evening, complete with a gorgeous view of the city lights of Denver. “My brother, a friend, and I stayed here for a winter vacation. It was perfectly located between Denver airport and winter park where we had rented snowmobiles one day. The town of Idaho Springs has so much to offer with cute shops and restaurants. We even checked out the Indian hot springs one evening which was unique. “The cabin was in a very beautiful location with breathtaking views. Also, beautiful on the inside with all the necessary amenities. Kevin had great communication and was very thorough on how to navigate the house and local area in their guidebook. Please listen when they say get a 4-wheel drive car. The driveway was steep and no joke when it snows. Hot tub was a nice touch, just wished it was in complete working order, some jets were not working properly. Overall, would stay again and recommend……

“Loved the views and the size was perfect for us as a couple without even having to go into the other unit. The host was easy to reach and responsive to any questions. Great jumping off point for Golden Gate Canyon State Park, Red Rocks, Golden, or Brainard Recreation Area where we saw moose. Also a great spot for night sky viewing.
