"This hotel needs to be updated. The carpets on the stairs and in the rooms were threadbare. Not all the corridor light switches worked, our loo did not flush initially but my husband fixed it, as he did the showerhead which did not stay in the correct positon ( using the showercap box). "The only problems were around access codes after the reception had closed. Your code could not be used so I had to use the help line. And the barrier needed a new key board as the buttons were worn. Each button had to be pressed hard and you had to do it very slowly. "
