Zero communication from manager until we were a day into the stay, which was greatly needed the day before or at least day of arrival. "Really enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet at night and the accommodations were perfect for 5 people. Quick access by car downtown and also the RTA West 117th train stop was within walking distance. There were also some neighborhood bars and restaurants very close by that were fun to go to."

"We rented this property for a weekend. When we arrived there were multiple issues including the heat not working, blood-like stains on the bed, ceiling fans that could not be turned off and window AC units in the windows on a 45 degree day at the end of October. We sent photos as requested by the owner to an email and then also forwarded those to his personal email (provided by VRBO) and he never responded to either email. We ended up not staying and booking a hotel instead."
