“Great location! Cozy place.”

“This is a great vacation house. The backyard has a heated pool (warm enough to swim on chilly nights very comfortably), a basketball court and mini golf. There are also comfortable lounge areas for just lying in the sun or shade and relaxing. The house is nicely updated with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main house. There is another bathroom accessed from the yard which is great for when you’re using the pool and don’t want to come into the house wet. The 4th bathroom is in the loft which is……

“We traveled to Miami for our wedding with our children and grandchildren and this house was absolutely perfect. The outside amenities were amazing, the inside was clean and bright. The kitchens had all of the necessary items needed for our chef to prepare amazing meals. We all enjoyed the large pool and pool bar, as well as the sports court, trampoline, and play sets for the kids. The outside kitchen and seating area was such a beautiful space to enjoy dinners with the whole family. Nani……

“We had a great time at the property swimming, cooking, playing games, etc. the property manager was very quick to answer to any of our questions. We would definitely stay here again is we are ever down in the area. 17 people stayed comfortably in the house. ”

“Alain was great with communication and was very helpful when we had an unexpected change of plans. The house is on a quiet street and an easy drive to Biscayne and Everglades. We also drove to went to dry Tortuga from this house, but that is definitely a long day. The house itself was great and the kids loved using the pool. We visited in late march and paid for the pool heater too which I would recommend. The grill worked great for us. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and silverware. For……

“We had 8 in our group, ranging from age 6 up to 72. This was a great house for our whole family! Lots to do in Coral Gables, and it’s an easy jaunt to downtown Miami as well. The house was beautiful and very clean. The owner included so many thoughtful little extras, including sunscreen, bug spray, toiletries, and even disposable slippers. The well-stocked coffee bar in the kitchen was much appreciated by the coffee lovers in our group. But the real star of this property was the dreamy backyard……

“I highly recommend any property by Matt and his team. We didn’t stay at this property, so I can’t speak directly to this house. We had a last minute issue that wasn’t anyone’s fault and Matt’s team was incredibly helpful and accommodating! The house we did stay at was beautiful, clean, and they were extremely helpful when we had one minor issue with the dishwasher. I know we would have had the same experience had we stayed at this particular property. Again, I definitely recommend any house that……
