Enjoy this true custom DOG-FRIENDLY log-cabin lake home escape in the Lauderdale Lakes area in Elkhorn, WI … minutes away from Petersen Island Woods Preserve. Close to The Kettle Moraine Forest, downhill & cross-country skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, fishing ... all the fun the lakes offer all within a one-minute walk to the Boat Launch! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

No boat rentals on Lauderdale Lakes this season.
The space
The beautiful main floor features a well appointed kitchen that is fully stocked and has a large island with 3 stools. The dining room table easily seats 8+ and extra chairs are in the hallway closet. The large fireplace is wood burning or gas start. There is a large deck with seating directly off the dining room. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the main floor. The upstairs loft features a large master suite and an office/sitting area separate from the bedroom. The downstairs has a recreation room, bathroom and bedroom with two twin beds. The laundry/utility room is also located downstairs. There is an upper drive which is located off the front porch and a large lower drive.

There is room in the lower drive for a boat trailer if you want to bring your boat and use the launch which is at the end of the cabin's property.

Beautiful log cabin with luxurious features
Great property. Would have loved details on how to work things like thermostat, fireplace and tv remotes. Google gave answers instead. Great space for family of 9 to have a holiday celebration!
