"Property was in a great location. The A/c and wifi were very good. The rooms are very dark due to the wood paneling and no overhead lights. The stairs are very steep from the parking area to the main floor."

"We were visiting the area specifically for Elk Fest and this property was a perfect location for that. In today's age internet is a must and it worked perfectly for such a remote location. We would stay here again if we are back in the area."

"The property was unique and roomy as advertised, and very convenient to Breaks. The location offers very limited options for dinner, but that is not the fault of the owner. The owner was very responsive throughout the process. Kinda pricey for only 2 people, but great if you are filling the space. "

"Nice house, good location. We rode Spearhead Trails. Easy access although the town cop informed us that the one section of 460 is not for ATVs and that was the only way to get to trails. They didn’t cite or bother us so we kept going that way. And we frequently saw State troopers, Town cops and Sheriffs while we were there and they never stopped us. We all agreed that we would stay there again. "

"Very surprised about the options with the continental breakfast. Very tasty! Very clean hotel except the stairs could have used a vacuum. Most people use the elevator, which was clean. I was able to do a load of laundry and dry it for only $2.50. Room was very big and hotel has indoor pool. Staff was very attentive. It was a really pleasant stay."

Great place to stay

"Very surprised about the options with the continental breakfast. Very tasty! Very clean hotel except the stairs could have used a vacuum. Most people use the elevator, which was clean. I was able to do a load of laundry and dry it for only $2.50. Room was very big and hotel has indoor pool. Staff was very attentive. It was a really pleasant stay."

Awesome little motel!!!

"The lady who checked us in the room was awesome! She helped us find a great little spot to eat in town and where everything was located at the motel! It was quiet and relaxing at the motel once we returned from town. Cell service with my carrier was horrible but that gave me a much needed break from it ringing. "
