"We had a wonderful stay. The views are spectacular. The garden delightful. It is Quiet and extremely private. The kitchen worked well for our needs. The tower feels warm and inviting, and all the furniture was comfortable. We loved falling asleep to the stars and waking with the sunrise. Restaurants, stores and ocean bluff trails are all within walking distance. Looking forward to visiting at another time of year where we can enjoy the garden and deck more. "Everything about this house is as it appears, and even better. The communication and directions were superb and is exactly as it appears in the photos, amazing! The house is well stocked and organized. We had everything we needed, and some things we didn't need. "This was a very magical stay for us. My boyfriend and I decided to take a small first time vacation together and I chose Mendocino. The Watertower is both private and accessible. No wheelchairs, so if you're not independently mobile choose somewhere else. The accommodations are minimal but perfect! The private jacuzzi is very powerful and the shower is big enough for two! And they give you terry robes to use while there. The bed was super comfy and they furnished a fan, which is a huge deal...

"First of all, we really like this house. We have stayed numerous times. However, the following needs attention: Dripping faucet in Main BR. Sink stoppers don't work in Main BR closest to window and the Japanese soaking tub BR.The front door electronic lock is difficult to operate. Lock on right side of hot tub is stuck. Paint is peeling on most of the exterior. Please consider repairs for this great house! Thank you"

"Our family of 6 very much enjoyed this beautiful home that was spacious and clean. Parking for our four cars very close to the house. The location was perfect for us, offering views of the ocean, sunsets and starry nights, and nearby walks and hikes. We did a 7 mile hike to the falls at Russian Gulch State Park and from the house, we walked to Cabrillo Lighthouse (3 miles round-trip).
