"Awful apartments, avoid them. Very Dirty, location in the middle of no where. No kettle or toaster bare minimum plates, cutlery. When we arrived the bins were full of rubbish from previous renters. We had to ask reception to come empty them. "

"Grand appartement confortable situé aux portes d'Alicante. Lits de qualité / climatisation. Dommage que la mer ne soit pas accessible à côté de l'appartement et qu'il faille prendre une voiture ou le bus systématiquement pour sortir. Très bon accueil par Alejndra qui s'adapte à nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Petit bémol : la propreté de la vaisselle laissée par le locataire précédent"

"Great location and really good studio room. We have stayed in a nunber of these rooms but found a couple of difficulties with the studio room this time. The aircon was set to heat and we couldnt change it to cool as the rool was stifling hot, despite a call to the hotel. Whilst there is a kitchen, there are no sockets in the kitchen to switch on the kettle or toaster, which is an inconvience so the kettle was plugged in on the floor. "Friendly check in Barbara. Did not appreciate that the desk was only open 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Although we booked through Expedia a credit card # or $100 cash is required at check in so you don’t steal the beach towels which weren’t in our room! We left before 9:00 am for the beach therefore couldn’t get towels. We also did a self checkout at 8:30 am therefore there was no way to get cash back had we left it. Our credit card number was manually recorded including cv #, this is not standard...

"We had a lovely stay here, the apartment was clean and modern, and in a great location. Also had excellent facilities (gym, street parking, laundry) plus walkable to supermarkets and the beach. Would stay again"

"Abdel was very helpful and was able to facilitate easy check in. Fantastic base for holiday. Situated in old town with many great restaurants nearby. The prime location allowed us easy access to all the main sites, beach, shops and restaurants. The rooms are great. I would highly recommend."

"The location is very convenient, they checked us in quickly. During our stay, the light in the room went out in the evening, the problem was solved in 10 minutes. The only thing to pay attention to is the pungent smell of detergents! Thank you!"

"The apartment on the 5th floor would be large enough for a family of six. There is so much room with three bedrooms two with their own washrooms. Dishwasher. Washing machine. Close to all the sites in Old town as well as bars and restaurants but the location on Navàs means it’s quiet. Very accommodating team that looks after your every need. "
