「We only had one night here as a result of the Heathrow Airport closure extending our holiday by 24 hours. From start to finish the whole experience was fantastic! We’d only booked in around 2pm via Expedia but when we arrived around an hour later our room was ready to go. We’d accidentally booked a twin and they very generously switched us to an upgraded king room, and as we were handed a glass of Cava each we knew we’d made a good choice. The room itself was amazing.
