"Our stay was very good. This hotel is right by all shops and restaurants. The lobby was extremely trendy and nice. Our room had what we needed. It was small and simple but clean. We had an issue with the TV during our entire stay. When we alerted the staff on our last day they immediately took steps to rectify and even brought us some drinks to make up for the issue. We were unable to take advantage of this but the gesture and their quickness to respond was much appreciated. "

"We had a family vacation at Viaggio Medellin back in October 2024 and all the staff were very polite, attentive in every way but the one that went above and beyond was the guest member from the bar, Alonso. He gave us a lot of tips and recommendations of places to visit, eat and drink around Antioquia, Medellin, he was very attentive to us the whole time we stated at the hotel and even recommended us some tours. We are very greatful to know him and because of him we had the most wonderful time...
