"If the average vacation rental is an eight or a nine, this one has to be a 12 or 13. Impeccably maintained house. Every detail was thought through. From lit up light switches to easily see in the dark, and extremely well equipped kitchen, directions or instructions on anything in the house to be used, to very specific check-in instructions sent by email so you don’t have to use the app or can share with other people that are joining you. I travel a lot and almost always stay in vacation rentals...

This was the perfect location for a meet up with family between LA and the Bay Area, and is located close to all the sights we had planned to visit, especially the beach. "Picked a very hot weekend in SLO and the house had a small window unit downstairs and many fans, it was difficult to get it cool enough to sleep. Well equipped kitchen and nicely decorated. Good location although no where walking distance. "

"Our stay started badly with a difficult to use entry lock. After many many tries using the code the door finally opened. We tried to contact the numbers given but no response. After entry and setting in, we were very happy with the home. It’s small but comfortable with beautiful furnishings inside and out. We’d happily stay again "

We enjoyed having a well appointed kitchen so we could make coffee, meals and we didn’t have to eat out all weekend.
