"What a great place! Quiet, private and still in the heart of Edmonds. We visited from the Chicago area and stayed 12 days to visit friends and family. The property manager was very responsive when we had questions. The unit was nicely finished and furnished and outfitted like a hotel (including extra toothbrushes and razors for the "oops I forgot my ....") only better since we had a kitchen. "We are enchanted with this property. From the heated floors, to the quirky layout and the view - we wish we planned for more time! Would love to return and stay again! "

"Overall, it was a great space for eight people! Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces for all of us. The dining space was great for our Thanksgiving dinner. Unfortunately, we had to wash several of the dishes before using them because they were put away dirty. The game room was great, but 3 out of the 5 pinball machines were broken. The sauna was not working either, but the host graciously offered to have the sauna and pinball machines fixed during our stay. "

"This rental was booked for our family vacation for a week. The views did not disappoint! It had the most beautiful sunsets I've ever seen! The property is large and gated and the house is well appointed. Downtown Edmonds is walkable with several beaches nearby. The landscaping can definitely use some TLC along with improved communication from the host. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property and would recommend it."
