Multiple Family Visit
Spent a week on Edisto Island at Rosemary Lane. Comfortable home. Close to the beach and golfing. Great A/C for 95 degree days. Clean linens and bathrooms. Plenty of hot water for 10 people. Appliances and carpets need an upgrade. While the listing says 10 people, its really a place for 3 couples and a few children. The bunk bed room wasn't great for adults.

Nice place.
I was upset that the whirlpool bath was disabled. I had reserved this unit for my elderly mother to be able to enjoy herself while away from home. There was no notification of the tub problem. Other than than everything was grand.

Spacious property with great screened in porch
The property is a good size, and the screened-in porch is very spacious and was a favorite place to hang out. Three of the bedrooms are generous as well. Our group included a toddler so having the ability to purchase a Wyndham Amenity Pass for access to the three pools was a real plus. There was a problem with one of the A/C units but the problem was resolved within two hours of our call to the property manager. We enjoyed our two week stay.

Peaceful Stay in a beautiful home
We loved our stay here! There were seven of us and we had plenty of room. The home was clean and well stocked. The master on the main was very spacious. We also loved spending time on the screened porch! Outdoor shower was a nice bonus!

This house was exactly what is advertised. It had one of the best stocked kitchens for utensils, dishes, and cooking ware. The beds were very comfortable. It is a quiet house tucked away around some trees with a quiet back porch right on the fairway.

Adorable home nestled in live oaks and palm trees
My family traveled to Edisto Island to see my son who is in the Navy and stationed outside of Charleston. This adorable home was perfect for visiting and sharing meals, yet also provided plenty of space to relax; the screened in back porch being my favorite spot to curl up with a book. The island was so much fun to explore!

Very clean and pleasant house
House was wonderful, well designed with all the amenities we needed. The outdoor property was nice as well, with mature oaks. The roads around are pleasantly walkable. The only disappointment was that there’s exactly one gated entrance to the area, which made it cumbersome to get around the island by car. The house is also on the golf course, in the middle of the resort area, but the amenities passes (pool, tennis, and putt putt) were not available.

Fun and easy vacay
Overall, the property was really well laid out and there was enough room to hang out as well as break off and work/read alone. There were so many thoughtful details in the rental. We cooked all of our meals there and that is exactly how we like to do things at a family.

We had a lovely time at Rosemary Lane. The house was spacious, airy and clean. We loved the multiple seating options in the living room and patio. The kitchen was well outfitted too. A big thank you to Atwood Realty who quickly got us another set of keys after we accidentally locked ourselves out. Note that the beaches are not that family friendly on the weekends as scores of young adults take it over with their partying and drinking. We worked around that by going on weekdays and also in the late afternoon when most people were leaving the beach for dinner. Be prepared for the number of mosquitoes around the outside of the house. It’s impossible not to get bit coming in and out. If I had one recommendation it is that there needs to be more spraying of the exteriors of the property. There was no pool access to non owners due to Covid-19, which was understandable but should be factored in since the pool was still listed as an amenity. Finally, our girls complained that the queen bed on the second floor was not very comfortable. But the other beds were more than fine. We enjoyed our week!

Corona Vacation
We wanted a get away and we got it. We are so thankful the house was nice and clean. Not to mention, well Laid out. There was room for the two grandkids, ages 6 and 7, who loved having the bunk bed room with their own tv. The parents and grandparents enjoyed their own spaces as well. Since the restaurants were closed due to the virus we had to cook our own meals. No problem. The kitchen was well equipped, just like home. We especially enjoyed the back porch in the early mornings and late evenings.

We really enjoyed our stay.
This home was perfect for our family of 8 - Us and our 6 young adult children and one furry grand-dog. There was plenty of room for all of us. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed the screen porch with views of the golf course. I was a little apprehensive that there are no pictures of the bathrooms included on the listing but the bathrooms were fine - no worries there. Also, for those looking at the pictures, there is really a fourth bedroom. The loft area with the double bunks is now enclosed. I would also like to compliment the communication from Atwood. I appreciated the app and the great communication leading up to our stay and while we were there as well.
