"Nice lobby/entrance. Staff were pleasant enough. Felt crowded. Small lobby with lots of people, small elevators that make a racket going up and down, narrow halls, small rooms. The halls looked and felt suffocating. They painted over some things that were in need of repair so it felt a bit cheap. Hallway was a bit choppy with doors in odd places. Snack machine and ice machine were convenient. Opened the room door and could smell bleach. That was nice for me but others may not agree. The...

"The hotel staff are friendly, easy going, and helpful. Upon check-in, they informed us of everything within the hotel as well as giving us our waters. Simple, but appreciated. At check out they called ahead for taxi service for us who promptly arrived one minute later. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable! This is a huge component for me. I love traveling and appreciate when I know rooms are clean! The hotel is only one block from the Riverwalk and we were able to walk all the way out...

"Really loved the location. The room and staff were lovely. I also appreciated that the front door was not left unlocked 24/7 and you had to buzz in after hours (which was always quick). The complimentary breakfast was lacking, but there are plenty of food places within walking distance. We walked over to Colectivo Coffee and it was delicious. Overall a great stay in a great location and we would definitely stay here again! "
