"Same experience as the above reviews. If it wasn’t that our son was in Edinburgh fringe we would never have endured the smell and dirt, there was no alternative available. After complaining we did appreciate getting a partial refund from the host. The money that was not returned was VRBO’s portion and I plan to argue for that too. They are responsible for checking properties so they should refund their portion too and take down this terrible property that no one should have to stay in. To be...

"Had a friend's reunion up here and the location and house are perfect for large groups. Lovely house to relax in and only a short train ride away from central Edinburgh as well. Communications with Ferhan were seamless as were the check in and check out process with him in person. If staying up near Edinburgh would stay again! "

"Our family of six (2 parents, 2 students, 2 grandparents) stayed here for a week in late May on our recent trip to Scotland. It was a most delightful and convenient place for our needs. Super cute home with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped, and steps away from a convenience store. "The apartment was close to the airport and the city center. Overall, it's quite a nice and tidy apartment, but it definitely needs maintenance on some things. The heating boiler stopped working four times in two days. The owner helped us, but the apartment got cold quickly and it was cold inside. If you stay more than two nights, it can make your stay very unpleasant. Short stay Edinburgh

"About a 15 min walk from Waverley, just behind shopping Mall. A lift would make it perfect but the staff cannot help enough, I dropped by case off mid morning and when i came back later to check in it was already up in my room. The decor was lovely - comfortable. Everything was really clean and well maintained. Room was a little warm so i kept my window open all the time, it did mean you could hear the trams passing by but that did not bother me. Breakfast was lovely. I would definitely stay there again."
