"Our stay was great. From the great communication with the owners to the well stocked house. Great location, we enjoyed our morning walk along the river, easy to navigate. Just minutes from great restaurants and shopping and the beach in New Smyrna. Quiet neighborhood, fenced yard for our dogs. Comfortable living area, big tv! We loved the house. The kitchen was so well stocked for renters, good knives, pots and pans, plenty of dishes, a cabinet of spices, very well equipped and much appreciated....

"We wanted to have a fun get together on a budget and we found it here! We can’t wait to come back in the future. The amount of remotes got confusing for usage, but it was a lovely place. The hosts were nice and quick to respond. We didn’t have laundry detergent and within minutes, they had some delivered."
