About this space
This stylish home is perfect for group trips, family getaways and work retreats! The Chef’s kitchen comes complete with a Wolf gas range and all the gadgets you need to entertain your guests. Enjoy the enormous park like outdoor space where children can play on the jungle gym while you BBQ and enjoy outdoor entertaining. Plus, there are many marinas and local outdoor recreation opportunities available for your paddle boards, kayaks, and crab pots!
The space
You will enter into an expansive living room, dining room and lounge open to the chef's kitchen, a true place for entertaining! There are two recently renovated full bathrooms, three bedrooms with separate temperature controls and a den for relaxing, TV, work, games and study.

Property line is between two driveways, neighbors prefer all pets stay on the rental property and not in their yards. We don’t quite have a fence yet, but are getting there :) leashes are best!
Guest access
Guests have access via a keypad at the front door. The code is provided upon booking confirmation within a day or two of arrival.

No more than 6 vehicles please.

We have neighbors that have been friends for decades. Please respect their peace and privacy, we want to keep the community family friendly. Also, ensure you review the entire house rules section prior to booking as we have zero tolerance for parties, smoking, and a few other important rules.

Please note, there are plenty of towels available for your use, but we do not provide washcloths.

Each additional guest above approved number (8) must pay $50 per person, per night and be approved by us, your hosts. We rarely approve more than the maximum of 8 guests.

Great, Quiet Getaway near Annapolis
Good location as we were down for Parent's Weekend at the Academy, so wanted to be close but also far enough away to make our son and his roommate feel comfortable and get some rest. Perfect for that/ plus with the water so close, would be great for fun in the bay!

We had a great time! Location is about a 4 min drive to Beverly beach area. Do note you have to have a reso to get park access to the beach on weekends/holidays. We would definitely stay again!

Home was very nicely appointed and comfortable. We only stayed 2 nights and were mostly gone during the day and evenings at family functions in Annapolis. AC was a little confusing to figure out, but once we found the remote in the master bedroom & figured out it also controlled the 2nd bedroom, everyone was happy. Maybe this should be in the instructions. Towels were very nice & stand up shower was nice. We didn't use any appliances except the refrigerator, but it was good. Furniture was comfortable. Several lightbulbs were burned out. You did inform us the washing machine was broken. Not just your property, I know other VRBO's do this, but why do we have to empty the trash when we're paying a substantial cleaning fee? Overall, the house was nice.

Peaceful and Cozy
My daughter loved the playground and spent a lot of time on it during our stay. The home was very clean and cozy, and such a quiet neighborhood that was located close to everything we wanted to do. Excellent communication with the host also. We enjoyed our stay very much.
