"Am very impressed with the service this hotel offers. I requested an early deposit of luggage a day earlier as I have a late arrival from a day trip to Wakkanai. When I arrive for check in at 11.45pm, the luggage was already moved to my room and not reception area! This surprised me! The hotel location is perfect for a stroll walk to Susukino and the onsen is superb too! Breakfast spread was marvellous and friendly staff in the hotel which also included the chef cooking the omelette for me! Will definitely come back for a stay in this hotel next winter !"

"The rooms are larger than the normal Japan hotels. There’s a few restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Location is good - not too far from ramen alley and shopping. The hotel also provides free shuttle service to Sapporo Station, which is nice. For airport transfer, we took the bus directly from the airport to hotel and vice versa. This made traveling easy with all our luggage. "

"Room is slightly small (I think this is normal in Japan) pillow is too flat for us (lucky they do have pillow menu) the bed is slightly too soft. Staff are friendly and polite. "
