The facilities in the Health and Spa centre were impressive, we were given a nice tour. Parking was easy, plenty of spaces. "The reception at the hotel was poor with recognising my booking and requirements When I was shown to my room I was told I would need to wait 30 mins for the hot water. I expressed my views and was given a different room.
